Season 2 - Episode 3
Hey everyone! Sunshine is a rare sight during the winter months where we live, so when we saw a clear and warm day in the forecast, we couldn’t pass up the chance to hit the trails and explore a new camping spot. Perched on a hill with a perfect south-facing view, we finally got to soak in the much-needed sunlight and enjoy a peaceful day outdoors.
Despite the sunshine, the air was still crisp and cold. Thankfully, our wood stove and a hearty bowl of warm soup kept us feeling cozy inside and out. And while we didn’t have soju this time, the holiday gift of rum paired perfectly with our Jinro x PEOS board game, making for a fun and stress-free evening. We also had a delicious spicy pork bulgogi for dinner, but unfortunately, it didn’t make it into the final cut of the video!
One of the highlights of this trip was testing out our new Nanga sleeping bag paired with the Pocket Bed heating mat. It’s not like a diesel heater that blows warm air, but it provides a quiet, safe, and clean way to keep our sleeping bags toasty all night long.
